丙酮提取姜黄中姜黄素的工艺研究

摘    要:用丙酮提取姜黄中的姜黄素,考察了丙酮浓度、固液比、提取次数、提取时间对姜黄素产率的影响。结果表明,丙酮提取姜黄素的最佳工艺条件为:加20倍量70%丙酮,提取2次,每次提取2 h,在此条件下姜黄素含量达到5.17%(HPLC法)。

Abstract:The extraction process for curcumin in Curcuma longa L.with acetone was studied.The influence of acetone concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction times and time on yield of curcumin were observed,the optimal best extraction conditions for curcumin was:with 20 times of 70% acetone,extracting for 2 h and two times in all.The content of curcumin in the extraction solution analyzed by HPLC in this process is 5.17%.
