棉织物接枝丝胶蛋白改性及服用性能研究

摘    要:研究了棉织物用聚乙烯醇缩水甘油醚(PVAGE)100%交联剂接枝丝胶蛋白改性及改性棉织物服用性能的变化,并用红外光谱进行了表征。结果表明:丝胶用交联剂可以牢固地接枝在棉织物上;接枝丝胶蛋白织物的红外光谱明显与蛋白质红外光谱相似;随着棉织物上丝胶蛋白接枝率的增加,织物白度基本不变,透气性能略有下降,总抗弯刚度单调上升,褶皱弹性恢复角大幅增加;回潮率有较大幅度上升。

Abstract:This thesis studied the change of protein modification and wearability of grafted cotton fabric which was grafted with sericin by poly vinylalcohol glycidyl ether 100%(PVAGE100%), the grafted cotton fabric was scanned by infrared spectrum. The results showed that sericin could be grafted hardly on cotton fabric by PVAGE 100%; the infrared spectrum of grafted cotton fabric was similar to the infrared spectrum of protein.
