油基钻井液在番禺30-1气田大位移井中的应用

摘    要:番禺30-1气田地层疏松、渗透性强,容易发生井漏、遇阻、卡钻等复杂情况,因此室内通过选用PF-MOEMUL-H乳化剂(该乳化剂兼有主乳化剂、辅乳化剂和润湿剂的功能),优选出一种油基钻井液基本配方,并对该体系做了进一步的优化,给出了陆地配制和现场使用的油基钻井液配方.室内评价及现场应用结果表明,该油基钻井液具有较好的流变性、沉降稳定性和润滑性能;添加石墨等润滑剂能进一步改善该油基钻井液的润滑性,降低钻进扭矩和摩阻,降低顶驱等关键设备的故障率;通过使用加有封堵、成膜材料的该钻井液,解决了番禺30-1气田由于存在断层和裂缝发育而发生井漏的难题,同时井壁更加稳定.

Abstract:In Fanyu30-1 gas field, many difficulties relating to the formation were encountered, such as loss of circulation and sticking. By using a compound emulsifier PF-MOEMUL-H, an oil base was drilling fluid optimized for solution. The formulation of the drilling fluid is addressed in this paper. Laboratory studies and field application show that this drilling fluid has good rheology settling stability and lubricity, and solve the difficulties successfully.
