摘    要:建35-3井是建南南高点低压易漏地质构造上的一口开发井,该井在φ311.2 mm井眼采用空气钻井技术钻至井深2 690 m,然后下入φ244.5 mm技术套管.为了解决空气钻井达到设计井深后,替入钻井液再下套管、注水泥固井面临井壁水化失稳和井漏等问题,决定在该井直接进行空井固井作业.通过分析固井技术难点,并采取非插入武正注反灌注水泥固井作业,选用双凝双密度水泥浆体系,用增韧防漏水泥浆作尾浆,该井实现了低压易漏地层全井封固,而且施工顺利,固井质量合格,值得借鉴和推广.

Abstract:Well Jian35-3 is a development well. The 311.2 mm hole was drilled to 2,690 m with air drilling fluid, and cemented by 244.5 mm intermediate casing. The difficulties encountered when air drilling fluid is displaced by water base drilling fluid, such as the hydrated instability borehole wall and lost circulation can be solved by positive injecting and negative infusing cement slurry in empty hole.
