小波变换及其在轧辊偏心分析中的应用

摘    要:阐述了小波分析的数学原理及小波分析在轧辊偏心补偿控制中的应用。从各种随机噪声的轧制力信号这一复杂高频干扰周期波中分离出偏心信号,控制轧机在压下系统实现对偏心的补偿,以提高热轧带钢的厚度精度。还给出了控制系统的构成和仿真结果。

Abstract:This paper introduces wavelet analysis mathematics theory and its application in the roll eccentricity compensation control. The roll eccentricity signal is period-varied random one of rolling force,which is separated from complicated and high frequency signals. The system of roll mill press down is controlled to compensate the thickness variation of the hot strip mill so as to improve the hot-rolled strip thickness accuracy.In addition,the construction of the control system and the simulating results are also given in the paper.
