克拉玛依稠油热采井DM型系列地锚预应力固井技术

摘    要:稠油热采井采用常规固井技术存在的主要问题是套管的错断、变形和泄露,而解决该问题的较好方法就是采用预应力固井技术。介绍了克拉玛依油田研制的应用于热采井预应力固井NDM型系列地锚的结构、尺寸、性能参数、工作原理、现场使用情况及应注意的问题等,举例计算了现场施工所需要施加的预应力。现场统计资料显示,预应力固井技术对防止套管损坏有明显效果。

Abstract:The main problems existed while cementing thermal recovery well for thick oil are casing twisting off, deforming and leakage, and the best method for solving these problems are preceding stress cementing technique. This paper presents working performances of DM type of earth anchor developed by the Kelamayi Oilfield, which can be used to cement thermal recovery wells, including its design, dimension, performances, mechanisms, field applications and notes, etc. In addition, the preceding stress required for field operations is computed and an example is taken. Field statistics indicate that the special cementing technology is especially valid to prevent casing from damage.
