| Abstract: | The situation of Morocco's sulphuric acid and phosphate industries is described with emphasis on ammonia process for tail gas recovery and HRS system in Safi, and technical retrofit and use of anodically protected acid coolers in Jort Lastar. Being one of the main countries exporting phosphoric acid and phosphate, Morocco is rich in phosphate resources and annually produces large quantities of sulphuric acid by advanced technology. |
