换热器壳体结构的疲劳可靠性估算

摘    要:针对换热器的失效分析,考虑几种主要参数的不确定性和随机性,应用蒙特卡罗模拟法抽样计算了服从某种特定分布的随机变量.利用数值积分法编制了计算机程序,分别求出一定可靠度和置信度下的疲劳寿命,并与传统方法计算的结果进行了比较.比较了不同初始裂纹尺寸和断裂韧性对疲劳寿命的影响,并给出了算例.分析结果表明,该法具有较高的应用价值和工程意义.

Abstract:Through failure analysis of heat exchangers and in consideration of uncertainty and randomness of several main parameters, the random variables are calculated by Mote-Carlo modeling. The computer program is developed by numerical quadrature, and fatigue life of a certain reliability and credibility is produced and compared with that generated by the conventional calculation method. The effects of dimensions and toughness of different initial fractures on fatigue life are analyzed and calculation cases are presented. The resuits show that this estimation technique is significant in both application and engineering.
