高含量钛锆矿物中低含量稀土的测定

摘    要:拟定了在1.8mol/LHCl体系中,以铜铁试剂络合钛、锆等干扰元素,三氧甲烷萃取分高,借偶氮胂(Ⅲ)显色,分光光度法测定高含量钛锆矿物中低含量稀土的分析方法,较为详细地研究了萃取分离的条件。在确定的最佳条件下,测定的线性范围为0~40μg/50mL,萃取回收率91%~108%。对合成样品、地质样及海南稀土矿进行了测定,方法快速,结果满意。

Abstract:Determination of rare earths(RE) in ores containing high titanium and zirconium has been studied. In medium of 1.8mol/L HCl,the main interference elements of tianium and zirconium formed complexes with cupferron and can be removed by extracting their complexes with chloroform. The RE was determined by arsenazo(Ⅲ) spectrophotometry.Under the proposed conditions of extraction and determination, Beer's law was obeyed for RE in the range of 0-40μg/50mL. The recovery was 91 % ~ 108% and RSD was 3.5%(n=11) for the determination of synthetic sample (contain 20μgRE).The method is simple and easy for use. Satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of geological samples and Hainan rare earth's ores.
