测量掘进机截割头截齿空间角度的方法

为对截割头上截齿轴线的空间角度进行测量与控制,提出一种新的测量方法,可以测量截齿轴线上的两点空间坐标位置,通过坐标变换取得所需辅助平面上点的坐标,根据轴线上两点位置与辅助平面上的点的位置,可以通过解析方法得到截齿的空间角度,以此检验截齿空间角度的正确性。

Measuring Method Space Angle of Pick on Cutting Head of Roadheader

For measuring and controlling the space angle in the axis direction of pick on cutting head,a new measurement was proposed,it can measure the two points space coordinates on the axis of pick,by the method of coordinate transformation to obtain the necessary auxiliary plane coordinates of points,it can acquire the space angle through the analytical method according to the two points position on the axis and the point position on the auxiliary plane,as a result to verify the correctness of the space angle of pick.
