摘    要:采用干馏原理和方法,设计了从褐煤中提锗的同时制备焦炭的工艺流程,研究褐煤在不同干馏温度、时间、气氛下锗的挥发特性及挥发后残余物的特性。结果表明,采用此方法可使褐煤中锗有效挥发,挥发锗后的残余物经洗选处理可获得优质焦炭。

Abstract:With the dry distilling principle and method,a technical processing was designed to distill germanium(Ge) from lignite and to prepare coke.The paper studied the germanium volatile features and residuum features under the different dry distilling temperature,time and atmosphere in the volatilization of the lignite.The results showed that the method could effectively be to make the germanium volatilization from the lignite.After the volatilization,the residuum would be quality coke after washing.
