欢喜岭油田欢616块巨厚底水油藏开采技术研究

摘    要:欢616块是辽河油区欢喜岭油田一个典型的巨厚底水油藏。该块动油层单层厚度15~30 m,且与底水直接接触.该块1997年采用蒸汽吞吐开发,单井周期2000多吨,日产能24 t,由于底水锥进,油井迅速水淹(平均2~3个周期进入水淹期)。针对底水油藏快速水淹特点进行了三个方面的研究:其一,利用水平井增强油田渗流能力,降低生产压差,减缓水锥速度;其二.利用大位移侧钻井充分挖掘锥间剩余油;其三,在充分进行油藏描述与数字模拟的基础上,在油水界面之上建立人工隔层阻挡底水锥进。1999年以来,针对欢喜岭油田欢616块莲花底水油藏快速水淹特点采用了水平井、侧钻井、人工隔层堵水等针对性措施21井次,累计增油59 941 t.不仅有效地提高了底水油藏的采收率,而且在稠油开发领域取得了突破。

Abstract:H616 block is characterized by bottom water pool with extremely thick reservoir in Huanxiling oil field,with the thickness of individual stratum as 15~30 m and direct con- tact with bottom water.The block was exploited with steam stimulation in 1997 with individual well cycle as 2000 t and daily output as 24 t.The coning of bottom water resulted in rapid water flooding in wells (water flooded after 2-3 cy- cles).Study on the rapid water flooding of bottom water pool is performed in the following three aspects:the first, increasing the seepage power of oil field by horizontal well to relieve the differential pressure during production and to de- celerate the coning;the second,exploiting the remaining oil by side tracking well with large displacement;the third,es- tablishing manmade barrier to obstruct the coning of bottom water on the water- oil contact on the base of pool descrip- tion and digital analog.Since 1999,21 times of counter- measures as horizontal well,sidetracked hole and water blockage by manmade barrier were selected to solve the rapid water flooding of bottom water of H616 block in Huanxiling oil field with oil increasing amount of 59,941t.which not only effectively increases the recovery ratio of bottom water pool,but also makes a great breakthrough in dense oil devel- opment.
