摘    要:对地导部队装备故障发生的概率、备件的需求及消耗情况、经费使用、备件在武器系统中重要度等因素进行分析,认为备件存储量可以降低,即不必按照备件的最大需求量来储存备件,而是根据备件存储不同状态下的最低库存量和备件重要度来决定备件的必要储备量。采用马尔科夫决策规划来分析零备件的随机动态存储问题,并结合实例进行分析。

Abstract:On the basis of analysis of some factors, including equipment failure rate of anticraft missile, consumption and demand of spare parts, the usage of funds and the importance of spare parts in weapon system, a viewpoint was put forward in this article: the determinants of spare parts' necessary storage quantity is not the maximum demand, but is the importance of spare parts and the minimum quantity of stores in different state of spare parts storage. We research the process of randomly dynamic storage by means of Markovian decision programming and analyze it with practical example.
