Abstract:The experiment has studied the system of potash feldspar-fluorite-sulphuric acid-fluosilicic acid to extract potassium.The study has showed that the best extracting potassium process condition is m(fluorite):m(potash feldspar)=0.35:1,the quantities of 60% sulphuric acid and the 10% fluosilicic acid are m(H2SiF6):m(potash feldspar) =1.35:1 and m(H2SiF6):m(potash feldspar)=0.162:1 respectively,the reaction time is 3.5 h,reaction temperature is 120 ℃.In this condition,the highest extraction yield of potassium can reach to 97.2%.Considering fluorine chemistry eroding potash feldspar in low temperature condition,the cycling use of fluorineelement in the followed process can reduce the cost of extracting potassium,which has a favorable industry prospect.
