摘    要:钢筋混凝土+不锈钢复合板,截面为圆型的造粒塔可以一塔多用,可以根据市场需要,阶段性生产硝铵或硝基复合肥(或尿基复合肥).即可节省投资、节能降耗,又有利于企业的市场调节.对多用造粒塔的结构设计、安装和使用作一简单总结,供硝酸行业工作者参考.

Abstract:Prilling tower constructed with reinforced concrete and stainless steel composite plate and with round section may be used in different ways, such as in the production of nitric ammonium or nitric base composite fertilizer with market requirement. Therefore, to use prilling tower will not only save investment and energy and reduce discharge, but also be favorable to adapt to the change of market. In this article, the structural design, installation and application of prilling tower were described, which can be referenced for the engineers in nitric acid industry.
