| Abstract: | Prilling tower constructed with reinforced concrete and stainless steel composite plate and with round section may be used in different ways, such as in the production of nitric ammonium or nitric base composite fertilizer with market requirement. Therefore, to use prilling tower will not only save investment and energy and reduce discharge, but also be favorable to adapt to the change of market. In this article, the structural design, installation and application of prilling tower were described, which can be referenced for the engineers in nitric acid industry. |
