| 摘 要： | 射频加热技术的关键是天线的设计，为了使天线发射的能量中耦合得到等离子体波的能量达到最大，就必须有适当的调谐，而采用双共振环天线能较方便地实现这一目的。本文分析了双共振环天线的谐振特性，并根据电路理论计算给出了谐振状态下天线的最佳参数值。

| Abstract: | The key to the technology in RF Heating is the design of antenna.In order to maximize the energy that the antenna send out and couple into plasma wave,a appropriate tuning is needed,and adoption of the resonant double loop antenna can achieve this object conveniently.According to the theory of circuit,tuning features of the resonant double loop antenna have been analyzed in this paper.Optimum parameters to the antenna under resonance condition were calculated and giv-en as well. |
