纳米白炭黑填充硅橡胶复合膜的制备与渗透汽化分离性能

摘    要:制备以聚酯(PET)为支撑层,白炭黑填充的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS107)为皮层的硅橡胶复合膜,并以乙醇水物系为料液,对比分析白炭黑增强硅橡胶复合膜的渗透蒸发分离性能,分离因子比空白膜有所提高,在乙醇浓度为3%~5%时,分离因子可达16.09,渗透通量为75.39 g/m2·h;测定填充白炭黑硅橡胶复合膜的拉伸强度,结果表明:拉伸强度可达1.828 MPa,相当于空白膜(0.368 MPa)的5倍.

Abstract:The composite polydimethylsiloxane( PDMS) membranes filled with nano-silica were prepared for the separation of ethanol from water. The pervaporation properties of nano-silica filled silicone rubber membranes was studied by contrast with no filled. It showed that the separation factor was higher than the PDMS composite membrane. During the 3 % to 4 % of the concentration of the alcohol the separation and the permeation rate were 16.09 and 75.39 g/m2·h respectively. The influence of filling silica on the mechanical properties of the membrane were also studied, the tensile-strength was 1.828 Mpa which was 5 times than the PDMS composite membrane(0.368 Mpa).
