摘    要:考虑到300 MN模锻水压机恶劣的工作环境,分析了采用传统的基于电阻应变片立柱应力检测方式的局限性,根据检测系统基本要求提出了振弦型、测位型两种改进的立柱应力检测方案.介绍了其基本原理和系统组成,分析比较了两种检测方案的优缺点,确定采用基于电涡流传感器的"测位型"水压机立柱应力检测方案,并对其进行精度分析.实验测试数据表明,基于电涡流传感器的测位型立柱应力检测方式传感器检测精度为1 μm左右,线性度<1%,能够替代传统的应变片检测方式,满足了水压机特定工作环境下的立柱应力检测要求.

Abstract:In view of the abominable working environment of 300 MN die forging hydraulic press, the limitation of traditional stress monitoring and protecting method which was based on resistance strain gauges was analyzed. Two novel column stress monitoring and protecting methods (string mode and displacement-measuring mode) were put forward according to the system needs.
