摘    要:应用灰关联分析法解析海水环境因素与海水腐蚀性,找出 影响Al合金在海水中平均腐蚀率和局部腐蚀深度的主要因素,分别为溶氧量、pH值与盐度和 海生物附着面积、溶氧量与海水流速.分析结果与现场试验结果比较吻合.

Abstract:The relationship between corrosion of aluminium alloys and environment factors in sea water have been studied by grey relationship analysis methods. The main factors in fluencing average corrosion rates of aluminium alloys have been found in four China seas in accordance with grey relationship grade, which are dissloved oxygen、pH、and solinity in sea water. The main factors influencing localized corrosion depth of alumnium alloys are adhesion area of marine animals and plants, dissolved oxygen and flow velocity in sea water. The analysis conclusions are in line with actual situation. The grey relationship analysis affords new idea and mathematics basis for the evaluation of sea water corrosivity.
