摘    要:建立中国逆向供应链回收模式演化博弈模型,讨论在市场竞争过程最终形成的4种稳定演化均衡结果.其中,大部分内陆地区的逆向供应链回收模式,采用雇佣进城务工的农村剩余劳动力从事废品回收生产,符合我国人力资源丰富的国情特征;沿海少数发达城市的逆向供应链回收模式采用雇佣专业化工人.针对沿海地区废旧钢材回收市场进行数值分析,结果表明,国有大中型企业和民营小钢铁厂均选择了家庭作坊回收模式.

Abstract:The recycle models of Chinese reverse supply chain mainly include two types:one is pertinent to itinerant traders and family workshops;the other is used by professional waste recovery enterprise.Considering the different human capitals of rural migrant workers and professional workers respectively employed by family workshop and professional waste recovery enterprise,the evolutionary game model of recycle models in Chinese reverse supply chain is built,and the four stable evolutionary equilibriums in the course of market competition are discussed.The most inland areas absorb the rural migrant workers into engaging waste recycle production,which is content with the Chinese national condition of providing plentiful human resources.The developed coastal cities employ the professional workers.This paper makes the numerical analysis of waste steel market,where the state-owned large and medium-size enterprises and small private steel plants choose the recycling mode of family workshops.
