热轧钢筋矫直机剪切系统改进

摘    要:因GT8/16数控钢筋矫直机飞剪减速器内传动齿轮副损坏频繁以及伺服控制器和伺服电机烧损严重,造成两台数控盘条矫直机无法正常运行。针对这些问题,做了以下改进:改变目前飞剪传动方式,剪切电机采用直流调速电机,剪机的上下剪刃重合量和侧向间隙可进行调整,将原电机、减速器和剪机之间的悬臂法兰联接改为鼓形齿联轴器联接,并增加稀油润滑设备。改进后的设备运行平稳可靠,故障率大为降低。
