测试性验证技术与应用现状分析

摘    要:阐述了测试性验证技术在新型装备PHM设计中的重要性,分析了测试性验证相关的国内外军用标准,归纳了相关军用标准在适用性方面存在的不足之处,指出应该建立测试性验证专用标准指导测试性验证工作。调研了国内测试性验证技术的应用情况,从测试性试验和测试性评估验证两个方面分析了测试性验证技术在实际应用中遇到的问题,并进一步确定了测试性验证标准中应该提供的内容,为测试性验证技术研究和标准的制定奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:The importance of testability verification technology in PHM design of new equipments is described,the related military standards of testability verification are analyzed,the shortcomings of the related military standards in applicability are concluded,the dedicated testability verification standard should be established to guide the testability verification work.The application status of testability verification is surveyed,the problems of testability verification technology in application are analyzed both in testability test and in testability assessment and validation,the contents that should be provided in testability verification standard are confirmed,forming a good foundation for researching on testability verification technology as well as the standard setting.
