三坐标测量机测头半径补偿实用算法

摘    要:针对三坐标测量机表面数据化测量过程,本文给出一种实用的测头半径补偿算法。提出了采用两次细化测量点的策略,首先沿测量线进行测量点的插值细化,然后在测量线(截面)之间再次进行插值细化。在此基础上.对整个被测表面上各细化点,利用插值求导的方法求出其横向和纵向切向量,然后对切向量叉积求得各细化点的法向量.最后进行测头半径补偿计算。
