莱钢1000m^3高炉长期休风快速恢复炉况实践

摘    要:采取降煤比,降炉渣碱度,准确计算休风料数量和休风后的料线,保持充足的炉缸热量等合理的休风方案和休风操作;复风后稳定调整顶压,及时调整矿批和炉渣碱度,掌握好第一次铁的开口时间等,使莱钢1000m^3高炉检修休风12~16h后,3~4h恢复到正常生产状态。

Abstract:By adopting reasonable damping-down scheme and operation, such as decreasing coal ratio and slag basicity, accurately calculating the amount of furnace charge during damping-down and the stock level after damping-down and keeping adequate hearth heat; after reblowing, stably adjusting the top pressure, adjusting ore batch and slag basicity in time and controlling the time to open the taphole, Laiwu Steel' s 1 000 m^3 BF returned to normal production state in 3-4 hours after 12- 16 hours overhaul damping-down.
