| Abstract: | Based on the brief introduction of the features of PC/104 and CAN Bus technology, an automatic test instrument was presented. The hardware structure, software design and antl-disturbance design were illustrated in detail. Various experiment indicated the fast test speed, high accuracy and low price of the proposed system. |
