| 摘 要： | 通过分析影响引黄灌区用水水平的因素，建立了用水水平评价指标体系，运用多层次灰关联综合评价和模糊综合评判两种方法，分别建立了引黄灌区用水水平评价模型，并以黄河下游引黄灌区为例，对用水水平进行了分析评价。

| Abstract: | Through analysis of the factors that affect the water utilization level in the Yellow River irrigation area, we have established the water utilization assessment indices system and by means of the two methods of multi-level gray correlating comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive judgment to establish the water utilization level appraisal model in the Yellow River irrigation area in the lower reaches as an example to conduct analysis and evaluation of the water utilization level. |
