峰值电流对高速走丝气中线切割加工的影响

摘    要:研究了在大气和乳化液两种介质中,峰值电流对高速走丝电火花线切割加工的影响。实验结果表明,气中加工的直线度好、放电间隙窄、加工速度(材料去除率)高。同时发现,在相同加工条件下,气中加工的粗糙度普遍优于液中加工。随着峰值电流的增大,粗糙度都明显增大。

Abstract:The influence of peak current on finishing high-speed wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) in gas and emulsion dielectric is studied.Experiment results showed that WEDM in gas offers advantages such as better straightness,shoter gap length and higher meterial removed rate. It was also found the surface roughness in gas is better that in emulsion. Along with the peak current enhancement, the straightness of surfaces WEDMed in both dielectrics significantly increase.
