用模式搜索法模拟催化精馏合成异丙苯过程

对催化精馏合成异丙苯体系建立非平衡级模型。针对此方程组非线性强和方程数多、模拟过程难以收敛的特点 ,运用模式搜索法求解。通过选择适当的步长和加速因子 ,并对变量的取值范围进行一定的约束 ,比牛顿型法适用较宽的初值范围。相平衡常数用Soave模型计算 ,得到了催化精馏塔内的温度及液相组成分布。模拟结果与试验数据基本吻合 ,可以用于催化精馏合成异丙苯工艺条件的确定。

Hooke-Jeeves Method for the Process of Producing Isopropylbenzene by Catalytic Distillation

The nonequilibrium stage model is used for the simulation of the synthesis of isopropylbenzene by catalytic distillation.Because of the high degree of nonlinear property and large amount of equation,the model is difficult to solve.The HookeJeeves method can run well if the step and ratio factor is selected reasonably and the variables are confined to appropriate range.It permits a wider range of initial value than the Newton method.The Soave mode is used to calculate the equilibrium of the phases,to obtain the concentration profile of the catalytic distillation column.The result of simulation is basically consistent with the result of experiment.Thus the simulation is reliable for the design of the catalytic distillation reactor.
