| 摘 要： | 针对低渗透油田部分低产液抽油井在生产过程中间歇出液,导致光杆发热,井口盘根加快磨损,井口密封失效,发生油气泄漏问题,研制了自润滑井口光杆密封装置。该装置工作阀横向调整,两级密封,可实现不停机更换盘根,盘根具有自磨自补特点;井口油杯可使光杆全程润滑。本文阐述了自润滑的井口光杆密封器的结构、工作原理、特点及应用情况。
