摘    要:近年来,PDC钻头在新疆塔河油田10、12区的钻井过程中大都不同程度地出现过泥包现象,且其中以三叠系地层的泥包问题尤为突出,而泥包后往往严重制约提速及可能导致钻头损坏。本文从地质岩性、钻井液性能、钻头设计、工程参数及操作水平等方面入手,深入分析了PDC钻头钻遇三叠系地层时泥包问题频发的主要原因,并结合本地区现场实际施工情况,提出了针对性防泥包的技术措施及优化方向。
