基于层次分析法的微网客户对电网贡献评价

摘    要:微网客户对电网贡献是指由客户为企业带来的价值收益,体现为客户价值。对微网客户进行客户价值评价有助于电力企业推广微网的客户选择和客户管理。通过分析微网客户对电网贡献的影响因素,构建了客户对电网贡献的评价指标模型,并采用层次分析法计算出了评价指标模型中各评价指标的权重。根据计算出的各评价指标的权重,对客户对电网的贡献做出了比较全面的、多角度的评价,从而促使企业根据评价结果进行有效的客户关系管理,达到企业效益最优。

Abstract:The contribution of microgrid customers to the grid is point to the value income that customers bring to the enterprise,which refers to customer value.Having evaluation on the customer credit value of microgrid is contribute to promoting customers choose and customer management of microgrid for electric power enterprise.This paper analyses influence factors of the contribution of microgrid customers to the grid and constructs evaluation index model.This paper uses analytic hierarchy process to assignment the weight of every evaluation index.And then,it has comprehensive and multiple perspectives evaluation on the customers' contribution to the grid.According to the evaluation results,the enterprise can conduct effective customer relationship management to achieve the optimal benefit.
