摘    要:研制了适合陶瓷颗粒表面涂层处理的化学气相沉积装置, 并探索了在氧化铝颗粒表面获得TiN 涂层的工艺; 所获得的TiN 涂层能提高耐热钢在氧化铝颗粒间的铸渗深度, 并使颗粒得到基体的牢固支撑。氧化铝颗粒体积分数在23%~ 57% 可调。

Abstract:The CVD installation to obtain coating on ceramic particles was designed and made. The process of obtaining TiN coating on Al2O3 particles was investigated. The results show that the TiN coating can improve the infiltrating depth of the heat resistant steel liquid between Al2O3 particles, and the particles can be firmly sustained by the matrix. The fraction of Al2O3 particles in composite may be adjusted between 23%~57%.
