纳米CaCO_3含量对PP/SBS/CaCO_3复合材料力学性能的影响

摘    要:通过双螺杆共混方法制备聚丙烯(PP)/苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)/Ca-CO3复合材料,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)、力学性能测试和偏光显微镜研究了纳米CaCO3用量对该复合体系微观结构、力学性能以及结晶形貌的影响。结果表明:纳米CaCO3粒子在PP中均匀地分散可细化晶粒并起到了增韧增强的效果。当加入纳米CaCO3的质量分数为2%时,其综合性能最好。

Abstract:The PP/SBS/ CaCO3 composites with different weight content of nano-CaCO3 were prepared by twin-screw mixing method.The morphology,mechaical properties and Spherulite morphology of the composites were characterized by SEM,mechaical properties testing and polarizing microscope measurements.The results showed that the even dispersion of nano-CaCO3 can play the role on the improvement of toughening and strengthening.At the same time,it can also grain refinement.When the weight content of nano-CaCO3 is 2%,the properties is the best.
