摘    要:在轴承钢冶炼和生产制造过程中,总是不可避免的带有多种夹杂物和化学成分不均匀区,由于这些微观初始缺陷演化而导致的结构失效等造成了严重的经济损失和安全事故。通过对轴承钢中夹杂物的分析,利用三维有限元方法研究了典型夹杂物的局部微观力学行为,分析了夹杂物的分布状态、位置、大小等因素对局部微观力学行为的影响,给出了相应的函数表达式,并在此基础上定量分析了夹杂物状态对疲劳寿命的影响,为建立微观组织结构与初始疲劳质量的等效关系并最终实现轴承钢疲劳耐久性的定量预测提供了一种思路。

Abstract:To enhance the fatigue life of bearing,the key factors which influence the strength and fatigue life of bearing,such as the defects of steels,should be analyzed carefully.The reasonable estimating models of fatigue life based on the quantitative analysis of micro defects are also necessary for the choosing and designing of bearing.In this paper,the micro mechanics of typical inclusions are studied with three-dimensional finite element method,the effects of the distribution,location and size of inclusions on the local micro mechanics are analyzed and estimated by a function expression.Based on the analysis,the influence of the inclusion state on the fatigue life is analyzed quantitatively,which provides a possible idea for establishing equivalent relation between micro structure and initial fatigue quality and may be helpful for the quantitative estimation of fatigue quality.
