同排(层)炮孔网格式闭合起爆网路设计研究

摘    要:郑石高速公路某段120 m双壁路堑采用沿路堑轴线方向中深孔排间顺序延期爆破方案开挖,为保证47排炮孔可靠起爆,对采用的起爆网路进行分析和可靠度计算,在此基础上对该起爆网路进行改进,设计出同排(层)炮孔网格式闭合起爆网路,并在某17层高楼拆除爆破工程中得到成功运用。理论计算和工程实践表明,改进后的起爆网路有很高的可靠度。

Abstract:The design of the medium-to-deep holes order delay blasting in a low was used in the 120 m twin slope-cut excavation in zhengshi high way.For guaranteeing the reliable priming of the blasting holes in 47 lows,the reliability of priming circuit was analyzed and calculated.The priming circuit was also improved and the grid-type priming circuit in a row(floor) was designed which was successful applied in the controlled blasting of the 17-storeyed high building.Calculation in theory and engineering practices showed that the reliability of the grid-type priming circuit in a row(floor) was greatly improved.
