摘    要:根据柱塞泵的结构原理,采用在泵体简化图上分块划分控制体积的方法,利用控制体积能量守恒定律,建立CY泵和SPB泵各控制体积内工作介质温度的微分方程,并求解出了各控制体积油液温度的时变规律。通过理论比较和样机试验证明了该方法的正确性,为研究柱塞泵的自冷却性能开辟了一条途径。

Abstract:Based on the principle of pump structure, adopting the method of dividing controlled volume on the pump skeleton diagram, It is established the differential equation of the actuating medium's temperature for each controlled volume in the pumps of type CY and SPB in compliance with the law of energy conservation of controlled volume, and it is obtained the rule of temperature variation with time by finding the solution and finally makes analysis and comparison of the self-cooling performance for the pump of type CY and SPB
