摘    要:近年来,驼乳产业发展迅速,但质量安全、产品掺伪掺假、竞争力低等产业问题也随之出现,标准起着决定性作用。因此,本文从驼乳与产地环境关联的角度出发,梳理分析驼乳品质形成因素及差异,对我国现行的驼乳相关标准现状进行了对比总结,根据驼乳产业发展现状,针对现存不足提出建议措施。以期为驼乳标准完善和制定提供参考,为驼乳产业高质量发展提供科学依据。

Abstract:In recent years, the camel milk industry has developed rapidly, but industrial problems such as quality safety, product adulteration and low competitiveness have also emerged, and standards play a decisive role. Therefore, from the perspective of the relationship between camel milk and the environment of origin, this paper combs and analyzes the formation factors and differences of camel milk quality, and compares and summarizes the current status of China"s camel milk related standards, Put forward suggestions and measures for the existing deficiencies. In order to provide references for the improvement and formulation of camel milk standards, and provide scientific basis for the high-quality development of camel milk industry.
