子午线轮胎胎冠刚度的计算

摘    要:根据复合材料结构力学理论,推导用于计算子午线轮胎胎冠刚度的通用数学模型,利用该数学模型可以计算不同类型的子午线轮胎胎冠刚度,并据此分析胎体结构和带束层结构对胎冠刚度的影响,介绍了胎冠刚度在计算轮胎印迹内垂直载荷分布中的应用。

Abstract:A mathematic model is derived based on the theory of composite mechanics tocalculate the stiffness in the crown area of radial tyres. using this model the stiffness in thecrown area of various radial tyres can be calculated and the influence of the structure ofcarcass and belt on the stiffness in the crown area can be analysed. The application of thestiffness in the crown area is introduced in the calculation of the vertical load distribution inthe footprint.
