摘    要:基于曙光4000A超级计算机和LS-DYNA 970 MPP软件,使用任意拉格朗日–欧拉列式并结合MAT147材料模型和递归坐标对分区域分解算法,对盾构机刀盘刀具对土壤的切割过程进行大规模三维动态仿真,并就计算结果对土壤大变形、刀盘受力以及并行计算效果进行深入分析.

Abstract:Based on DAWNING 4000A supercomputer and LS-DYNA 970 MPP software, a large-scale three-dimensional dynamic simulation of cutting by the cutterhead in shield machine is performed with the use of arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian formula, MAT 147 material model and recursive coordinate bisection algorithm. According to the computing results, in-depth researches are also carried out with respect to soil big deformation, stress in the cutterhead and parallel computing effect.
