炉内流场中复杂结构喷嘴射流的近流线数值模拟

摘    要:采用独立开发的近流线数值模拟方法,对大型四角切圆炉膛中具有复杂结构喷嘴射流的炉内流场进行了数值模拟,同时与三维热线风速仪的测量结果相对照,证明了该数值模拟方法较好地解决了在计算区域由于合速度方向与网格线方向之间有较大夹角而产生的伪扩散问题,并详细地模拟了复杂的燃烧器喷嘴结构和炉膛的大切角结构,准确地反映了复杂的燃烧器喷嘴射流和实际炉内燃烧区域的流场特征,较好的实现了近流线的数值计算。

Abstract:A new numerical simulation method closed to streamline has been developed. With this method, numerical study has been performed on complicated structural nozzle jets and tangentially fired aerodynamic field. It can not only solve the problem of false diffusion in the calculation of furnace flow field well, but also can simulate the nozzle's complicated structure and the furnace corner structure in detail. Furthermore, a comparison with experimental results measured by hot wire anemometer showed that the method can quite accurately reflect the properties of sophisticated multi nozzle jets and fired aerodynamic field. A closed to streamline numerical simulation is thus effectively realized in furnace.
