飞机复合材料超声红外无损检测实验研究

摘    要:结合飞机复合材料无损检测需求,介绍了复合材料试件的材料工艺,分析了超声红外无损检测技术的基本原理及其特点,并对几块复合材料试件进行了无损检测实验,通过实验结果的分析、评估显示,超声红外无损检测可以有效检测复合材料试件中的缺陷,特别是闭合类缺陷。

Abstract:In combination of the Nondestructive Testing(NDT) requirements,composite materials and their technologies are introduced.The working principle of Ultrasound Infrared Thermography is analyzed as well as its characteristics.The NDT experiments have been performed for the composite material specimens and the experimental results have been analyzed and evaluated,which have shown that this NDT method can effectively identify the defects in composite material specimens,especially the closed defects.
