摘    要:贵州金赤化工有限责任公司300 kt/a合成氨装置变换工序中,采用传统的三段耐硫变换工艺。结合QDB-03型耐硫变换催化剂在第一变换炉的运行数据,从工艺条件、设备、催化剂等方面,分析了第一变炉出口CO含量升高的原因,通过在运行过程中采取相应的措施,保证了生产的正常运行。

Abstract:The 3-stage sulfur-tolerant conversion process was adopted for the 300 kt/a ammonia plant of Guizhou Jinchi Chemical Co., Ltd. The cause of the CO content rise at the outlet of the primary converter was analyzed in terms of process conditions, equipment, catalyst, etc. based on the operation data of the QDB-03 sulfur-tolerant catalyst in the primary converter. Measures adopted during the operation process were presented.
