衡器产品标准、规程与OIML国际建议的关系——目前我国衡器标准、规程与国际标准最易混淆的问题综述

本文主要针对目前在中国衡器行业中,衡器产品标准、规程与国际法制计量组织(OIML)国际建议之间的关系存在的误区,阐述了个人的观点。指出在我国衡器产品标准、规程的编制中应遵循的原则,以期我国衡器产品的标准、规程走上良性发展的正确轨道,并对于我国衡器标准赶超世界水平提出了建议。

The relationship between product standards,rules and weighing OIML international suggestion

This paper mainly aims at China weighing instrument industry, weighing product standards, rules and OIML misunderstandings between international recommendations, on the individual’s point of view. That should be followed in the preparation of China’s weighing product standards, rules of the principle, the right track to our weighing apparatus product standards, rules on the healthy development, and for our country weighing standard to catch up with the world level is suggested.
