模糊滑模控制在数控转台伺服系统中的应用

摘    要:针对一类包含不确定性和非线性因素的数控转台伺服系统,提出了一种基于模糊逻辑的滑模变结构控制算法。采用积分滑模面方法设计了切换函数,并将其作为模糊系统的输入,设计了单输入的模糊控制器。利用模糊控制策略调节控制量,获得系统的控制输出。仿真结果表明,模糊滑模控制算法有效地削弱了常规滑模控制中出现的抖振现象,提高了系统的响应速度,并增强了系统的鲁棒性。

Abstract:According to uncertainties and nonlinear factors contained in NC rotary table ser- vo system,a sliding mode variable structure control algorithm based on fuzzy logic is pro- posed. First of all, integral sliding mode surface is used to design the switching function, which is taken as a fuzzy system input, and single input of fuzzy controller is designed. Fi- nally, control output of system is achieved by using fuzzy control strategy in regulating the volume control. Simulation results show that the fuzzy sliding mode control algorithm effec- tively weakens chattering phenomenon in a conventional sliding mode control, which im- proves system response speed and enhances system robustness.
