铝镁硅合金焊接工艺研究

摘    要:铝及铝合金材料的应用日益广泛,焊接技术不断提高,在电机行业的应用也很有前景。铝镁硅合金锻件以其质量高、强度高、密度小、焊接性较好等优点,已开始在电机转子制造中使用,而脉冲MIG焊是较理想的焊接方法。这种焊接方法效率高、接头质量好,能够达到转子的制造要求。

Abstract:Because of the widespread application of aluminum and aluminum alloy materi- als and the continuous improvement of welding technologies, their applications in motor industry have high development prospect. The magnesium aluminum silicon alloy forgings have begun to be used in manufacturing of motor rotor because of the advantages of high quality, high strength , low density and good weldability. The pulse MIG welding is an ideal welding method It has the advantages of high efficiency and good connector quality and can meet the manufac- turing requirements of motor rotor.
