摘    要:对大型水轮发电机组推力轴承推力瓦的相关磨损量进行了对比,分析了瓦温高的主要原因,并对存在的问题提出了处理意见和建议,对其他电站推力轴承的安全运行有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:Based on the real working performance of thrust bearings of the No. 3 and No. 4 generator units in Shuibuya Power Station, comparison studies are carried out on the abrasion of thrust pads in thrust beatings in large hydro-turbine generator sets, and the possible reasons for high temperature of thrust pads are analyzed. Treatment suggestions are then provided, which could be useful to the safe work of thrust bearings in other power stations.
