激光熔覆技术在高压压缩机压缩缸维修中的应用

摘    要:高压往复式压缩机经过十年多使用后,在压缩缸进出口短接处出现了裂纹,裂纹最深处达3 mm,严重影响了安全生产。通过激光熔覆技术对出现裂纹的压缩缸进行了维修。与购买新的压缩缸相比,采用激光熔覆技术修复具有周期短、价格便宜等特点,完全能满足注气压缩机高效注气的要求。

Abstract:A high pressure reciprocating compressor had been used for more than 10 years, cracks appeared in the inlet and outlet of the compression cylinder and the maximum crack depth was 3 millimeter, which had a serious impact on production safety. Maintained the compression cylinder with cracks by laser cladding, compared with purchasing a new compression cylinder, the maintenance with laser cladding had characteristics of short period and low price and it could fully meet the requirements of gas injection compressor that injecting gas with high efficiency.
