电弧喷涂FeCrAlW涂层组织的致密化研究

摘    要:采用激光辐照对电弧喷涂FeCrAlW涂层的组织进行致密化处理,借助扫描电镜和X衍射对涂层的组织和相结构进行了分析,测试了涂层的显微硬度。结果表明:涂层组织致密度提高,气孔明显降低。随着激扫描速度的增加,涂层的显微硬度降低,致密化层的最高硬度略低于喷涂层的硬度,为HV800~1 000。其主要原因是涂层受热不足相变不很充分,形成了高温回火所致。

Abstract:Laser heating compact process of FeCrAlW was carried out, and the phase, microstructure, as well as microhardness profile, in the coating were examined by XRD and SEM. The results showed that compact microstructure of the coating is obtained, pore and inclusion decrease. With increasing specific scanning speed, the microhardness of compact layers descends, the highest microhardness is in rang of HV800 - 1 000 on the surface coating, the reason that is high temperature- temper due to coating is heated insufficiency.
