摘    要:自1999年实施黄河水最统一调度至2004年,在流域来水持续偏枯的情况下,取得了黄河连续5年不断流的斐然成绩,初步实现了人水和谐相处,具有重要的生态、经济和社会意义。黄河水量统一调度对下游河流生态系统产生了重要影响,具体体现在:初步扼制下游频繁断流的局而,维持了河流生态系统的连通性和“廊道”作用;促进了下游水功能的实现;部分修复了作为重要水禽栖息地的河道湿地,保护并丰富了河流生态系统的生物多样性;促进了黄河三角洲湿地的生态恢复,维持了二角洲湿地生态系统的稳定与完整;保证黄河非汛期输送一定的营养盐人海,对河口及近海水域的生态环境产生了一定的有利影响。

Abstract:Since integrated water regulation conducted on the Yellow River in1999 to 2004,it has achieved a remarkable success of no depletion for 5 years running and primarily achieved the situation of harmonious getting along with water,having ecological,economic and social significance.The integrated water regulation has exerted a great influence to the ecosystem of the lower river and shown on the aspects of a) basically containing the situation of frequent depletion happened in the lower river and keeping the connectivity and "corridor" function of river ecosystem;b) promoting the realization of water function in the lower river;c) partially rehabilitating the channel wetlands where is of important water fowl habitats,protecting and enriching the biodiversity of river ecosystem;d) promoting the ecological rehabilitation of wetlands in the Yellow River delta area and keeping the stabilization and integration of ecosystem of delta wetlands and;e) ensuring transporting certain nutritive salt into the sea during non-flood season of the Yellow River and exerting beneficial effects to the ecological environment of the delta and offshore area.
