| 摘 要： | 具有逆断面的正则半群的格林关系在研究该类半群的性质时起到非常大的作用，对该类半群的格林关系作了进一步的讨论，得到了一些新的结论，最大幂等元分离同余在研究具有逆断面的基础正则半群以及正则半群的结构时起到至关重要的作用，给出了具有逆断面的正则半群的最大幂等元分离同余的一种等价刻画。

| Abstract: | The Green relations on a regular semigroup with inverse transversals play important roles in studying the nature of this sort of semigroup. In this paper, the authors carry out further discussion on them and some conclusions are drawn. The maximum idempotent-separating congruence is extremely important in studying the structure of fundamental regular semigroup and regular semigroup with inverse transversals, so an equivalent depict is given of the maximum idempotent-separating congruence on regular semigroups with inverse transversals. |
